Club Trips

Whether it is a weekend away or a quickly arranged outing of a few members to take photos. Shafton Camera Club is active in the pursuit of encouraging our members to pick up their camera(s) and go out and take pictures. What better way of learning more about this fantastic pastime of ours than in the company of other members. A great way to learn new techniques, try out that new filter, ask some questions or just have a good time taking photos.
In this Portfolio Group we will track the ups and downs of images taken on the Camera Club outings starting late 2006 and then following through into 2007.

The Lake District The official bi-annual Camera Club Trip, this year saw us going to the Lake District and surrounding areas.	Whitby / Saltwick Bay 12th November 2006 This was a small trip of just 6 members who made the journey over the hills to Whitby and Saltwick Bay.
Salford Quays The Quays is Greater Manchester's unique waterfront destination, situated just 15 minutes by tram from Manchester city centre and an ideal destination for a day out or weekend break.	Lakes & Dales 2007 Club Trip May 2007 the annual Camera Club trip was organised for a long weekend away ....this year stopping in Kendal. Images are a selection from the 16 memebers who went on the trip, ranging from visits to the Yorkshire Dales right up to the upper Lakes.
